High Peak Retrievers

We are both relative newbies to the field trial world. We have been training and running trials for about 7 years and together as a team for just over 2 years. In that short time we have accumulated many placements and ribbons. On our small truck of 6 dogs we have 3 AFC’s and 2 FC’s (amateur run); we have been able to compete successfully against those big pro trucks! We also have young dogs getting ready to step into the all age game. We have competed at several Nationals (Amateur and Open) and look forward to running many more in the future. Our philosophy in raising and training retrievers is that our dogs are not only competitive in the sport but do it because they LOVE it and WANT to do it! Training for field trials takes time and commitment but it is an addiction that gets us both out of bed and ready to go every morning.
